Andy brings 25 years’ experience as a fund manager and agribusiness investor. He founded Rinehart Capital Partners in 2004 with seed funding from Maverick Capital, as part of the Tiger complex of hedge fund managers. His Emerging Markets equity fund was a top-performer during the 2008 Financial Crisis. Andy's ranching journey began as an advisor in Zimbabwe in 2015. He's gone on to serve as a ranch manager, consultant, and investor. He received a B.A. from Washington & Lee University and M.I.B.S. from the University of South Carolina.

John oversees livestock and grazing operations to ensure best practices. He owns and operates commercial ranch properties in Northwest Georgia that produce pasture-adapted, grass-fed cattle using holistic land practices and sustainable grazing techniques. He’s a licensed real estate specialist in farm & ranch land sales, as well as a founding board member of the South Poll Grass Cattle Association. John graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a B.S. in Sociology and African Studies.


Jeff is Senior Vice President of Mirr Ranch Group. He’s successfully brokered over $500 million in ranch real estate transactions and consistently ranks as one of the top producers in the industry. Jeff has also owned and operated hunting outfitting & guiding services and is active in many conservation-oriented boards and associations across the state of Colorado.

Justin is the owner of Peeler Ranch, LLC, which operates commercial ranch and hunting properties spanning over 100,000 acres across four states. Peeler Ranch was founded in 1882 in South Texas and is at the forefront of the regenerative ranch movement by taking a holistic approach to integrating land, cattle and people.

Dr. Christy Wyckoff, Phd. is the owner/operator of Redwing Ranch in Huerfano County, Colorado. As a wildlife ecologist, Christy’s career has focused on wildlife conservation and ecological land management, skills that she is now using to move Redwing Ranch from conventional to regenerative grazing practices. Christy has advised and mentored over 40 students in conservation and land management science.
